Returns Policy
Please contact us if you have issues with any item that you have purchased from us. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.
Shipping
We only ship to the United States. Note that some products cannot be shipped to areas with restrictions. If you order an item that is restricted in your area, your order will be cancelled and your payment refunded.
Canceled Order Fee
Please check the item you are ordering is legal to transfer and own in your state. There is a 10% fee for all canceled orders.
Magazines and restricted states.
If you order an item that has magazines that are not legal in your state they will be removed prior to shipment. We can not substitute or price adjust due to magazine restrictions in your state.
Handgun Shipping Requirement
All handguns are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Long Gun Shipping Requirements
Long guns can ship via Ground or Air.
Purchase Requirements & Restrictions
We, Gillio Firearms Group, Inc. sell firearms, custom firearms, and magazines only in accordance with Federal, State, and Local firearm laws.
In order to Purchase Firearms Online:
You must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase hand guns. Check
your local & state laws. You must complete the following steps listed below before we can
process your order.
- Verify that the product you wish to purchase from Gillio Firearms Group, Inc. meets
your state, county, or city. - Once you have completed your firearm purchase online. You will receive an order
confirmation e-mail with your order number.- If you do not receive an email order status update within two business days after placing
your order, please contact us a call at 1-805-962-3197.
- If you do not receive an email order status update within two business days after placing
- Find a FFL holder near you that will accept the transfer of the firearm for you. This can
be your local Gun Shop, Pawn Shop, Gun Range or any other location that holds a current
FFL and will help you with your transaction.- You can Click Here to view the list of active FFL holders (we do not endorse or suggest the use of any FFL listed here).
- Write your name and order number on any correspondence you send us.
- If you choose a FFL holder not on file with us, have them e-mail, fax or mail a file copy
of their FFL to us at the address below:

- Contact your FFL and tell them you would like to transfer a firearm from Gillio Firearms Group, Inc. This transaction is solely between you and the FFL holder.
- Once your FFL holder receives your firearm; you will need to pick it up.
***Important: **** Upon arrival at your FFL holder inspect your firearm to make certain
that everything is acceptable before filling out the necessary paperwork. Once the transfer
of the firearm is complete, the manufacturer's warranty is then in effect and from that
point on any complications with the firearm will need to be handled by the manufacturer.
